After going over your Health Analysis Survey Form, Toxicity Questionnaire and Nutritional Analysis Guide that you fill out before we meet, we talk extensively about your health history, food habits, health goals and expectations. The first appointment will take about an hour to an hour and a half.
Most people remark that it is the most thorough health assessment that they have ever gone through.
This is when we sit down and go over your personalized Report of Findings. This report discusses the symptomatic and underlying cause of your health issues, what foods you should cut back on and which foods to add with ideas on how to incorporate them, recipes, or places to shop for them (or buy if you don’t cook). This is where we really go over what to eat for breakfast, lunch dinner and snacks. A full explanation and recommendation of supplements are also discussed.
During follow-ups, we talk about how you are doing implementing the changes in your diet, what foods to add more or less of and any questions you might have or and trouble shooting you might need.
We also go over how you are doing with your supplements and make any needed changes in the doses or in the supplements themselves.
Follow-ups are usually every 2 weeks for the first few months, and then they become less frequent (every 3 to 4 weeks) eventually becoming 2 to 4 times a year.
No, we encourage you to continue with your supplements. Lots of people finish their program and stay on maintenance supplements like a multivitamin, minerals and Essential Fatty Acids (fish oils).
If needed we will order lab tests including blood, saliva or food intolerance tests.
We pass just the cost on to you – we don’t add to the price
The Pinnertest is the standard protocol for most of the Nutritionists in Europe and it has reached almost a half million clients. Before creating nutrition plans, most of the Nutritionists and Dietitians in European countries require a Pinnertest report as a baseline to target individual sensitivities:
No blood draw at a lab, needed – only a finger prick
Checks IgG
Very high reproducibility rate
Highly Precise results compared to previous technologies
No fasting required
Differentiates the active and passive intolerances, which means the Pinnertest will eliminate the temporary intolerances that were caused by temporary overeating certain foods or temporary gastrointestinal problems. With older technology, a person might have been given a very long list of foods to avoid, that were actually only temporary and really weren’t an issue for them. With this test you get only the foods you are truly intolerant to.
Additionally, the reproducibility rate for Pinnertest, even after 6 months, is over 90% compared with 15% in old technology tests on the market today.
The cost for this test is normally $490, but is available to clients for $430.
No, unfortunately, we aren’t covered by insurance, but you might work for a company that gives you a Flex Account or who might reimburse you for appointments.
This would depend on which package you pick. Please see our different packages under SERVICES.
Yes! Our Nutritional Consultants can work with clients over the phone because the Health Analysis survey that we have you fill out is designed to assist you in communicating your health concerns and issues, and to identify things that you may not think matter but help complete the overall picture of your health.
This tool will assist with identifying which body systems are in need of support. The purpose of the survey is to allow the client to voice their perception of his/her symptoms. The symptoms listed on the survey are grouped to extract foundational problems within a system rather than focus on individual symptoms.
During your initial consultation, Kay will ask you questions based on the personal and family health history information you have provided.
Phone – $60

WHOLE FOOD VS SYNTHETIC
We use Whole Food Supplements that nourishes and provides the body with the nutrients it needs to repair itself. Whole Food Supplement are complex formulas that includes plant and animal extracts, desiccates, or other ingredients as required to create the best dietary supplement for each health indication.
The alternative to Whole Food Supplements are Synthetic, which is what you find in stores and on line. The majority of supplements available on the market today are made artificially. These include vitamins, antioxidants, minerals and amino acids, among others. They are made in labs form chemicals and synthetic ingredients.
Given proper nutrition, the human body has an amazing ability to heal itself. To do so, we need to eat a healthier diet, exercise, and take high-quality supplements made from whole foods. Whole food supplements supply our bodies with nutrients we are not getting from our diet—all the vitamins, minerals, trace minerals, and phytonutrients that foods possess in a way that nature intended, in a whole food form.
The body knows what to do with real food – repair the body with it! It also know what to do which synthetics and chemicals – process it as a poison.
Our supplements, made by Standard Process, are grown on a thousand acre organic farm in Wisconsin. The line has been around since 1929 is available only from heath care professionals.
When you are taking these supplements, you are consuming ground up food. I always say, “We are in the business of getting the chemicals out of you, not putting them in you!”
With other lines, you are getting mostly chemical, fractionated vitamins made in a pharmaceutical lab instead of the nutritious value of ground up food that contains the vitamins and minerals with all their synergistic parts.
